How do I put my speed bag on the Everlast Professional Swivel? - everlast bag

I recently bought a bag set speed, but comes with pan-Hook S, so I went and bought a Professional Swivel Everlast, but I can not find a way to speed up my bag now set. So, if you could write step by step, as in the pivot I would be grateful to you and share. But please respond only if you have or know one of these bags-speed access and really, as was. Thank you.
