It has a circular rash. The nurse in the office of the DEP said it was probably just eczema. But it will not disappear with the lotion she recommended. I requested an appointment, but I'm waiting for a response. She has no other symptoms, and the ring is the itching. (I've tried cream of mushroom to see whether it lichen, have not seen but still no progress.)
