Employment Contract For Pastor If Your Employer Asks You To Sign A New Employment Contract , Can You Refuse?. What Are Your Rights?

If your employer asks you to sign a new employment contract , can you refuse?. What are your rights? - employment contract for pastor

I was working for the same company for 3 years, and they are reviewing the contract. What would happen to my rights if I do not agree with the terms? Thank you.

You have the right not to sign. You do not have the right to work.

The employer can do whatever he wants.

If a substantial change in the new contract, you are entitled to unemployment benefits if they quit smoking.

Employers can change something in the contracts, if they feel the need. . How can you dismiss without stating a reason, most of the time. . If you really do not agree with the new conditions, talk to your supervisor and perhaps see if you can come to an acceptable agreement, if not, contact the Department of Labor and see what they say. Good luck.
